Log in to your Rails VIP account, enter your name and email, then copy your unique referral link to share with friends via text or email.

There’s no limit. Refer as many friends as you’d like and earn a reward for every successful referral.

When your friend uses your referral link, they'll receive €25 off their first order of €100 or more. The reward will automatically apply at checkout.

No. Referral rewards are for new customers who have not placed an order with Rails before.

No. The €25 off must be claimed through your referral link and applied at checkout before the order is placed.

You'll receive an email notification once your friend completes their first order using your referral link.

Your reward is issued once your friend completes their first order. If their order is later returned or canceled, the reward may be voided.

Enter your name and email above, then click My Referrals. From there, you can send yourself an email with your referral activity.

A few things can make a referral ineligible: your friend may have already placed an order with us, the order may not have met the €100 minimum, or it may not have passed our verification checks. If you think it was blocked by mistake, email info@rails.com and we’ll take a look.

Yes. Referral reward codes and rewards expire 6 months after the issue date.
